This Week’s Sunday Gospel Reflection
Readings available at www.usccb.org/readings
Contemplation from Lectio Divina
What conversion of mind, heart, and life is the Lord asking of me?
On the sabbath Jesus entered the synagogue and taught.
How do I keep the Lord’s day holy and free of unnecessary work? How can I keep Mass and the sacraments as a priority in my life?
I know who you are—the Holy One of God!
How do I grow in my knowledge of the Lord? How can I accompany others on their journey to know Jesus?
What is this? A new teaching with authority.
What resources are available to help me learn more about what the Church teaches? What is my proper response to authority?

Live Lent!
Make This Lent About What You Do, Not What You Don’t Do!
Lent is an opportunity to rearrange our priorities. What could be more important than preparing ourselves to experience this Holy Week and Easter in a way that deeply affects our lives? Make a plan for the 40 days of Lent and include joining a small group to take part in Live Lent!
You will meet other members of the parish once a week for 90 minutes to reflect on Scripture and talk about how our faith applies to our everyday lives. It’s a good way to prepare for our observance of the Paschal Mystery — the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Sign up by Friday, February 12 for a small group – there are multiple days and times to choose from. Sign up here: https://sjehydes.flocknote.com/signup/37196
